Can we meet you before we book?
Of course! We’re all too happy to meet couples to go through all your ideas and questions that you may have. Its best to make an appointment to come and see us. Call 01325 624029
How many images can we expect from our wedding?
We take an unlimited amount of images per wedding but we make a cut of the very best ones, then let you choose which one to be fully edited images.
Do you charge for travel & accommodation?
Not for the Darlington area but Yes for fuel where the travel is more than one hour from the studio. We charge at a rate of 45p per mile. Accommodation is usually required for journeys over a two hour from the studio but please email us for more info.
Do you have all day coverage?
Yes! We’re there from as early as you like until your wedding breakfast. Any later can be discussed and a small fee of £40 may sometimes be charged.
Can I see my images when I am on Honeymoon?
Yes we will upload to a secure area on our website for you to choose the images you want editing.
Who owns the rights to the photographs?
Technically we do, but as part of range we offer a USB with the fully edited images to do with as you wish, should you want to print, email, put them on Facebook, it’s OK, they are then your photos as well as ours!
Are you insured?
Yes! Insured up to the nines, we are insured for indemnity, public liability so no need to worry there.
Is a deposit or booking fee required?
Yes, we ask for £200 to secure your wedding date.
Is the deposit and booking fee refundable?
No, This stops us booking any other Wedding on that day.
When do we decide on the package we want?
After you have saves the date we send you a contract and ask you to pick the package you want.
When is the total balance due?
We ask for the balance to be paid six weeks before the wedding day. If you choose to pay monthly, the final payment must be one week before the wedding day.
